Here’s an original 16mm b&w POPEYE cartoon FOUL PLAY 1937 directed by Dave Fleischer. The Sailor Man brings Olive Oly a pipe smoking parrot that brings her all kinds of mischief while Bluto gets into the act. Great visual gag at the end as Popeye wallops Bluto so hard his inking stays still while the painted character hits the wall. Print has a couple of splices including two jumps splices as shown.
