Description

The Lady From Shanghai (1947, dir Orson Welles)
Too sharp for a dupe and the contrast is too good for a dupe but not as nice as an original? A TV original? A reduction? A really really nice dupe?
Wear on the right side of the frame in Reel 1 (see pix) that gets better and then worse.
Reel 2 has a couple of splices near the head but no lines or other wear.
Not a perfect print, but extremely watchable and satisfying.
