Cat5e is a high speed Ethernet cable that allows to transfer data with the speed of 350MHz (up to 1Gbps). It's perfect for your custom network installation projects and also can be used for a video and audio connections.
Cat5e is unique cable, yet really universal. You can connect your local networks, switches, splitters, HUB's, routers, modems, HDTV's, receivers, amplifiers, Blu-ray and DVD players, PS3's, PS4's, X-Box's, PC's, Home Theaters, telephones, and many-many more devices using Cat5e cable.
Our cable is Stranded UTP cable and wrapped in PVC jacket made to endure high levels of stress that goes along with daily usage. Molded Strain Relief construction makes it durable enough to withstand odd amount of plugging and unplugging as well as pulling and pushing.
UTP
Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP) -two wires are twisted around each other to reduce crosstalk or electromagnetic induction between pairs of wires. (4pairs inside the cable). Cat5e cable uses data packet transmission and error correction. In simple words, same signal goes through each wire in a twisted pair with different timing. If during transmission the data has been lost, the cable simply buffers and repeats signal which compensates data transmission errors until it has a complete instruction set at the input of your device.
Stranded
With stranded cabling, the inside features twisted pairs of a stranded cable, with each individual conductor made up of a bundle of smaller-gauge wire strands. Stranded design are more flexible than solid cables that allows cabling to be moved around the home without fear of cracking the wires inside. Also, the RJ45 terminators/connectors have much better connection with stranded wires than with solid ones.

Polyvinyl Chloride jacket is built to uphold flexibility, yet withstand high levels of stress such as pulling and pushing.
350 MHz
Cat5 Enhanced also known as Cat5e is modification of Cat5 that use 4 twisted pairs instead of 2 twisted pairs that was used before for the data transfer. Cat5e is capable of transferring data with high speed up to 1000 Mbps which is about 1Gbps with frequency of 350 MHz
