We are selling our Black & White Liquid Floor which uses the Snap Lock subfloor system for quick and easy install and removal. Each tile is 3' x 3' x 3/4" thick and we are selling our inventory of 62 tiles which come in two road cases on wheels, (3' wide x 3' long x 37" tall - each case weighs  985 pounds, a ,200 value). Shipping by a third party shipper is recommended.
The tiles were manufactured in 2011 in China and have been out on rentals 7 times. They are in great condition with only minor wear on the anti-slip surface. Each 3'x3' tile uses 9 snap lock 1'x1' tiles as a base which can be replaced when damage to the nubs or hoops occur. This lot includes an additional 46 brand new snap lock tiles - 7 value, a partial case of floor wax - 0 value, for maintaining the finish and 24 rolls of a special adhesive tape used to secure the Snap Lock tiles to the liquid flooring tiles - 0 value.
We included a link to a video showing how Snap Lock flooring works at the end of this listing. Our system generally takes about an hour to install and 20 minutes to remove.
To create a 21' wide x 24' long dance floor requires 56 tiles. Our most popular size has been 21' x 21' which uses 49 tiles. The floor comes with Snap Lock edging to taper the edge of the floor down at an angle to minimize trip hazards.
This is a great system and a very fun element for any event. People are drawn over to play, jump and dance as they experience the liquid moving around under their feet. These tiles can also be used for permanent installation as inlay elements for clubs, retail stores and restaurants. As a temporary floor it is perfect for high end events, runways, church youth events, birthday parties and Barmitzvahs. As you can see in one of the attached pictures custom adhesive dance floor patterns can be temporarily adhered to the Black & White Liquid Fusion Floor to create themes and enhance the dramatic impact of the floor.
Should you need more tiles there is one other system in the United States that is available for rental and is compatible with our system should you need to create a larger dance floor. Currently it is available in Las Vegas.
We are asking 2 per tile for a total asking price of ,484.00 which includes all of our digital photos, videos of the floor in use for your marketing and maintenance supplies, (floor wax, 46 new Snap Lock tiles, 24 rolls of double stick tape, two road cases and a sample tile that measures 16"x16" which can be mailed as a sample - 0 value).
