951)  The strange and wonderful world that lies beneath our feet, under leaf, log and rock, peopled by millions of weird and fascinating creatures.Nature's Half Acre is a 1951 American short documentary film directed by James Algar. It won an Academy Award in 1952 for Best Short Subject (Two-Reel). The film was produced by Walt Disney as part of the True-Life Adventures series of nature documentaries.
No opening credits and replaced end credit. Definitely a library print.  Made up from two prints. Appx half faded color and half IB Tec. (See screen captures) On a 1200' reel.  Has splices and lines, but still fun to watch. And the famous Disney narrator Winston Hibler. All 1950s kids will recognize his voice with joy. Great sound.  Also runs about 25 minutes. Full leader with countdown. No VS.
