    This Starrett Cross Test Level is in
    very good condition for its age, and guaranteed to be fully functional.
    All two vials work properly. There are some discoloration spots on it due to age, use & storage. However, there is no previous owner's name marked on it
    .
    The Starrett 136 has two vials at right angles which permit leveling in both directions without moving the level from the work.
    This is a welcome addition to your toolbox.
